• Plug and Play with NMEA2000 Compliance: NMEA2000 compliant, this outboard allows simplified connectivity with NMEA2000 electronic equipment such as sonars/fish finders, chart plotters and other devices via CANbus network technology.
• Non-Linear Mounting System: Honda patented non-linear rubber mounts provide smoother operation at all speeds, with reduced vibration and noise.
• Engine Protection and Security: Alert systems monitor critical engine functions including engine temperature, oil pressure, fuel injection and charging, and will alert the boat user to abnormal operating conditions.
• Low Vibrations & Noise: The bottom mounted flywheel means less vibration and noise, providing you with quiet, smooth running.
• Trolling Control - Optional: Engine speed can be controlled in increments of 50 RPM from idle speed to 1000 RPM/1100 RPM (model dependent). With optional remote through your authorised Honda Marine dealer.
• Runs on 91: The Honda range runs on unleaded, ideal for refueling at offshore stations which only have 91, while also saving you at the pump.

BFP60 Power Thrust
The BFP60 variant offers Power Thrust the engine has a bigger gear case and larger diameter propeller. This ultimately results in greater thrust and is particularly useful for commercial/big boat applications. Available on remote models, Power Thrust also increases charging power, with a multi-pole AC generator (ACG) which provides an impressive 22amp of battery charging capacity - that's ample power for onboard marine electronics, live bait tanks and any other equipment you take out onto the water.

Boosted Low Speed Torque (BLAST)
Hondas revolutionary BLASTTM technology provides strong hole shot performance, getting the hull on the plane quicker. This air/fuel ratio and ignition-timing technology boosts engine torque at low RPM under rapid acceleration conditions. Its NMEA compatible, meaning engine data can be displayed on the GPS screen.
