Can I buy a used bike online?
Yes. Add the bike to your cart and check out as normal, which secures the bike for you. Freight is free within Hawke's Bay and north to Gisborne; anywhere else it's charged separately.
I live outside the free freight area. How does delivery work?
After you order, one of our team will call you to arrange freight. We add the freight cost to your order and send you an invoice, and your bike is shipped once that invoice is paid. We won't send a bike outside the free freight area until freight has been arranged with you.
How much does freight cost?
It depends on where you are and the bike. Rural addresses, the South Island and islands such as Great Barrier or Waiheke cost more and can take longer. Call us on 06 836 6298 and we'll give you a freight price for your address before you buy.
I'm in Hawke's Bay or Gisborne. Do I pay freight?
No. Freight is free within Hawke's Bay and north to Gisborne. You're also welcome to collect your bike from us.
