Gear ratios are shorter, boosting acceleration with precision. 160kW / 215hp @14,000rpm & 113Nm @12,000rpm are impressive. But this engine now drives relentlessly N yet so smoothly, controllably N from mid-range to the redline, with such an increase in power, thatOs exhilarating.

...hlins 43mm S-EC3.0 (SV) NPX USD forks and TTX36 (SV) rear shock use Spool Valve technology for superb reaction, ride and control.

WeOve increased muffler volume by 1L and reduced the mid-range noise output. And the exhaust note is now tuned to rise linearly and evocatively with engine rpm. Sounding more like a world superbike than ever before.

A first for Honda mass production. Two Motor TBW delivers separate control for each pair of cylinders, for much smoother throttle response and improved engine braking performance.
